The Estates at St. George is the first community of its kind in the Caribbean, centrally located at Boarded Hall St. George, along Highway 5, with easy access from Christ Church, St. Philip, St. George and St. Michael.
The lifestyle component of this integrated community will be complemented by the services offered through The Commercial Centre. They include a spa, coffee shop, Urgent Care emergency and specialist medical services and iMart pharmacy and convenience store, all open to residents and the wider Barbadian public.
To this end, the bidder is invited to submit an Expression of Interest and a comprehensive Business Plan.
With reference to the attached detailed floor plan, we request a business proposal for the establishment and operation of a dental practice. The business plan must provide sufficient detail to assess the bidder’s capabilities as follows:
The outfitting and establishment of a clubhouse operation:
- Narrative outlining the scope of services to be offered in the practice including intended hours of operation
- 5-year business plan
- Detailed profit and loss projections, capturing each service area.
- Practice Professionals, including resume of professional experience.
- Financial Capability Statement for the business
- Character and banker’s references provided for each principal
The outfitting and establishment of a clubhouse operation:
- Commercial space will be delivered as a shell and core. The business operator will be responsible for all outfitting and interior finishes.
- The Estates (Management Services) Ltd. will through its own efforts or through a third party, provide building management and maintenance services.
- A detailed architectural drawing of the spaces available for lease on each floor will form part of this invitation to tender.
- An architectural rendering of the Commercial Centre is provided as part of this Request for Business Proposal package.
